Geoff Gross, CEO; Alex Prough, Chief Commercial Officer; and Chaston Thompson, RVP of Business Development representing Medical Guardian and MedScope at the 2025 MLTSS Leadership Summit.
The MedScope team, a division of Medical Guardian dedicated to serving Medicaid partners and their members, recently sponsored the Managed Long-Term Services and Supports (MLTSS) Leadership Summit.
The summit, hosted by the National MLTSS Health Plan Association, brings together leaders from across the healthcare spectrum to address the biggest challenges and opportunities in managed long-term services and supports, fostering collaboration among health plans, policymakers, and providers dedicated to improving care for older adults and people with disabilities.
Representing Medical Guardian at this year’s summit were Geoff Gross, Chief Executive Officer; Alex Prough, Chief Commercial Officer; and Chaston Thompson, Regional Vice President of Business Development. Through its MedScope brand, Medical Guardian was also proud to sponsor the event’s networking happy hour, where Gross delivered welcoming remarks and a toast to attendees.
“It’s never been more important for all of us to work together to protect and advocate for the most vulnerable populations we serve. We believe the “secret sauce” is blending tech-plus-touch to supplement what health plans are already doing to support members.” said Geoff Gross, CEO of Medical Guardian.
As part of the summit, discussions focused on advancing access, equity, and quality across Medicaid and long-term care programs, key priorities for Medical Guardian’s mission. Through MedScope, the company continues to deliver tech-plus-touch solutions that integrate personal emergency response systems (PERS), member engagement services, and remote patient monitoring (RPM) to empower health plans and the members they serve.
With over 25 years of experience in the LTSS market and partnerships across 47 states, MedScope remains a trusted partner for health plans seeking data-driven solutions that enhance safety, independence, and connection for vulnerable populations.
