Geoff Gross, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Medical Guardian, was recently named one of City & State PA’s 2025 Trailblazers in Healthcare. The annual list honors innovators, experts, and advocates across Pennsylvania who are tackling some of the state’s most pressing healthcare challenges through creativity, collaboration, and leadership.
Gross was recognized for his leadership in shaping the future of connected care and advancing technology that empowers individuals to live with confidence and independence.
For two decades, Gross has led Medical Guardian, the Philadelphia-based digital health and safety company he founded, which now serves over 625,000 members nationwide through remote monitoring and emergency support. Under his leadership, Medical Guardian has introduced a suite of user-friendly devices and systems designed to manage chronic conditions, proactively monitor wellness, and support senior-living communities.
In addition to his role at Medical Guardian, Gross serves as president of the Connected Health & Safety Association (CHS) and is an active fundraiser for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, reflecting his ongoing commitment to both patient safety and community impact.
