Eliza Salerno, Chief Operating Officer at Medical Guardian, has been named one of The Healthcare Technology Report’s Top Women Leaders in Healthcare Technology of 2025. The annual list honors women across the industry who are advancing innovation and driving operational excellence across the healthcare ecosystem. 

Salerno was recognized for her leadership in strengthening operational execution and supporting innovation across Medical Guardian’s direct-to-consumer and healthcare divisions. In her role, she oversees product, technology, supply chain, and operational strategy, helping ensure new initiatives are implemented effectively and efficiently. 

Under her leadership, cross-functional teams support the development and delivery of systems and services designed to help aging adults live independently and safely while enabling consistent, high-quality service nationwide. 

Honorees were selected following a comprehensive review of their professional achievements and organizational contributions, and represent the range of leadership driving healthcare technology forward.
