Philadelphia, PA (December 17, 2025) — Medical Guardian, a leading connected health and safety provider, has successfully completed one of its largest senior living installations to date at Presbyterian Village Cobb in Austell, Georgia.

Completed in under four days, the installation spans a 60-acre senior living community and includes more than 150 apartments, 57 independent living cottages, over 40 common areas, and more than two miles of walking trails, delivering full-campus coverage that enhances resident safety and introduces new levels of efficiency for staff.

With Medical Guardian’s proprietary MGLiving SaaS-based technology platform, the entire community now benefits from location-based services, fall detection capabilities, and seamless wireless connectivity, designed to deliver continuous coverage and real-time responsiveness.

“This milestone activation at Presbyterian Village Cobb reflects our ongoing mission to redefine what safety and peace of mind look like for aging adults as they enter the next phase of their lives,” said Geoff Gross, CEO and Founder of Medical Guardian. “We’re honored to support a community that champions resident independence and well-being, bringing forward innovative, industry-leading solutions that strengthen care quality and empower staff.”

Leveraging Medical Guardian’s wireless technology, the installation involved removing the existing system and was completed seamlessly, with no disruption to campus operations or residents’ daily routines. The mobile-based, software-forward platform now allows staff to monitor residents from anywhere on-site and respond in real time, enabling faster response times and overall improvements in care.

“This installation is more than a safety upgrade — it’s an investment in the future of our community and senior living residents,” said Earl Jones, Director of Property Management at Presbyterian Village Cobb. “We sought a solution that was future-proof and adaptable to meet our evolving needs. By partnering with Medical Guardian, we are building a smarter, more connected community that enhances the quality of life for residents today and sets a new standard for care tomorrow.”

The collaboration at Presbyterian Village Cobb reflects a broader shift across senior living toward more connected environments, where technology supports resident independence, day-to-day operations, and quality of care across large campuses.
