  2. The representative with help with ordering, as well as with any equipment set-up questions.
  3. Your representative will create a personal care profile, which includes your medical history, medications, primary care doctors, and preferred hospital.
  4. Your profile will include your location, so that responders can attach the contacts for local police, fire, and ambulance to your account.
  5. Your profile will also include personal contacts including friends, neighbors, and family members.  This allows Medical Guardian to contact help in non-emergency situations.
  6. When you receive your equipment – set up is simple.  Just plug the base station into an outlet and telephone jack.  Press the “alert” button to test for connection to the monitoring center – and that is it!  The system is ready to go.
