Set Up & Installation

Follow these steps to power on the Freedom Guardian 2.0:

To power on the watch, hold down the black button at the top right side of the watch for three seconds.

The Medical Guardian startup screen will be displaying the Medical Guardian logo on a black background.

The next screen will be a large white Medical Guardian logo without words.

The first logo screen (section b above) will again populate for a second.

The screen will then display: “Android is starting”, and briefly change to a blank white screen.

The screen will show that the user is being set up.

The watch will confirm when it is ready.

For 1 to 15 seconds, the watch will display: “No Network Available” with a “Retry” option. Do not press the Retry option. Wait up to 15 seconds. The watch is searching surrounding AT&T cell phone towers in order to connect to the AT&T network.

When the AT&T cellular connection process completes within 15 seconds, a clock will display showing the appropriate time. This indicates the end of the startup sequence. The watch is now completely powered on.
