GPS
The mobile device has an unlimited, nationwide range and is GPS-enabled within the US where there is sufficient AT&T 4G coverage.  Remember to take the mobile device with you when you leave your house.

Mobile Device and Button Range
There is a 500 ft range from button to mobile device. The mobile device will not receive and transmit a button press if the button is more than 500 ft away from the mobile device.

Testing
It is recommended to test the mobile device and any/all buttons once a month.

Fall Detection

Fall Detection can provide peace of mind knowing that our monitoring center will receive a signal to send help without the push of a button for additional $10.00 monthly.

  • Fall Detection pendants contain tiny sensors that can detect changes in motion, as well as changes in the height of the pendant. If a fall is detected, the device will send an alarm to the monitoring center to begin the normal call process.
  • Fall Detection works best when worn around the neck and outside of clothing.
  • Fall Detection does not detect 100% of falls. If you are able, press your fall detection button in the event of an emergency. You may experience false alarms from time to time. Please advise the operator it was a false alarm.

Fall Detection – Mobile Device

  • This is a Virtual Feature.
  • The mobile device should be worn around the neck and on the outside of clothes.
  • The device will need to be taken off when charging is needed.
  • Fall Detection should not affect the battery life.

Fall Detection – Physical Button

  • This is a physical button.
  • The fall detection pendant should be worn around the neck and on the outside of the clothes.
  • Has a range of 500 ft from the mobile device.
  • Battery life up to three years.
