Grab any/all buttons that should be tested and be within range of the mobile device.
Press the transmitter button or press and hold the emergency button on the mobile device until the device starts ringing.
The device will announce, “Call Connected. Please stand by for an operator“.
This will connect the device to Stella, the automated voice assistant. For more information on Stella, click here.
If Stella can’t understand the response, a live operator will respond and the normal call flow will begin.
Make sure to state, “Just testing and no help is needed.“
