Grab any/all buttons that should be tested and be within range of the mobile base device.
- Press the transmitter button or press and hold the emergency button on the mobile device until the device starts ringing.
- The device will announce, “Call Connected. Please stand by for an operator“.
- This will connect the device to Stella, the automated voice assistant. For more information on Stella, click here.
- If the customer does not respond or cannot be understood, a live operator will respond and the normal call flow will begin.
- At this time, state you are “just testing and no help is needed“
- Important! Be sure to wait at least 60 seconds between tests.
