Follow these steps to install your <\/span><\/strong>MG<\/span>On-the-Go<\/span><\/strong>:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Plug the charging cradle into a power outlet and a red LED light will illuminate on the cradle. (Avoid power strips and outlets controlled by a light switch).<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Place the device into the charging cradle. After a few seconds, the device will vibrate and state \u201ccharging<\/strong>.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. The lights on the device will illuminate.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. A blinking blue LED light means the device is connected to the network.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. While charging, the red battery light on the MGOn-the-Go<\/strong> will flash every five (5) seconds. Once your MGOn-the-Go<\/strong> is fully charged, this battery light will be solid red.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    A. Speaker<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • You will clearly hear the emergency operator through this powerful speaker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      B. Red light<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • While charging, the red battery light will flash every 5 seconds until the device is fully charged. Once fully charged, the red battery light will be solid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        C. Blue light<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • During an SOS call, the blue call light will be solid. The blue call light will flash every 5 seconds while charging and for a short time after a call ends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          D. Battery level indicator button<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • You can check the battery level at anytime by pressing the battery level indicator button on the side of the device. The device will either say \u201cBattery OK\u201d or \u201cBattery low, please charge.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            E. Call button<\/strong><\/p>\n

            Press this button in an emergency to contact our Monitoring Center.<\/p>\n

            F. Microphone<\/strong><\/p>\n

            Speak with an emergency operator using this microphone.<\/p>\n

            G. Charging cradle<\/strong><\/p>\n

            This charges the device in just 3 hours.<\/p>\n

            Red Battery Light \u2013 Off the cradle<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

            • No red light \u2013 battery is good\/normal.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Flash every 26 seconds \u2013 indicates a low battery and should be placed in the charger as soon as possible.<\/li>\n
            • The device will announce \u201cBattery low, please charge.\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
