STEP 1: Choose a location for the charging cradle
We recommend placing the base station in a location that’s both central to your living space, and near a window.
STEP 2: Charge your On-the-Go Guardian
- Plug your On-the-Go Guardian's charging cradle into a wall outlet. When you place your On-the-Go Guardian into the cradle, it will vibrate and say “Charging.”
Please Note
Do not plug the charging cradle into an electrical outlet controlled by a light switch or into a power strip to avoid accidental power loss.
- Charge your On-the-GoGuardian for at least 3 hours. While charging, the red battery light on your On-the-Go Guardian will flash every five (5) seconds.
- Once your On-the-Go Guardian is fully charged, this battery light will be solid.
Please Note
Wipe out your charging cradle and the pins on the back of your device periodically to ensure that your device maintains enough contact with the charging pins to properly charge.
