Q. How can I wear my medical alert button?

A.  You have the option of wearing the emergency alert button on your wrist, around your neck, or on a belt clip.  Tell our representative how you’d like to wear the senior alarm button, and we’ll send the right attachment.

Q. Can I take the Medical Guardian service with me when I go on vacation?

A. Yes, our system is portable and easy to re-install.  Whether you more than one residence or if you move permanently to a new address, all you need to do is notify the monitoring center of your new location.

Q. What if I lose power at my house?  Will I still be protected?

A. Yes.  Your alert system has a 72 hour battery backup, so even if you lose power, your quick response medical alarm will still function.  The emergency necklace for seniors is great protection to have in the event of a power outage.
